Student Accounts and Receivables offers a variety of services and support. We support monthly student tuition billing and payments, refund processing, payment plan administration, and third party sponsorships.
KUID CARD REQUEST AND PICK-UP
If you want to guarantee you have your KUID for the game
Your request for a new/replacement card MUST be received by end of day Tuesday, September 1st
All cards MUST be picked up by Friday, September 4th @ 3:00pm

- Jun 15, 2026 - Summer Semester Due Date
Fall 2026:
- Aug 17, 2026 - Financial aid begins disbursing
- Aug 19, 2026 - Refund processing begins*
- Aug 1, 2026 - Fall Payment Plan Enrollment begins
- Aug 15, 2026 - First Payment Plan Installment due date
- Sep 15, 2026 - Fall Semester Due Date
*Refunds are processed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Direct deposits would be reflected in 1-3 business days from processing.
